From Trading to Manufacturing
During this period, the AILANI brand was officially established.
The company gradually transformed from a traditional trading business into a manufacturer with its own product development and production capabilities.
With the establishment of its first and second factories, AILANI strengthened its position within the highly competitive Chaozhou ceramic industry cluster and laid the groundwork for long-term industrial growth.
Expansion into Integrated Bathroom Solutions
In order to survive and continue growing in an increasingly competitive market, Ailani launched its “rural markets surrounding urban markets” strategy.
With reliable product quality and affordable pricing, Ailani gradually building a broad market foundation and growing brand influence.
At the same time, AILANI began developing a comprehensive bathroom industry ecosystem through strategic investments and partnerships, including:

The completion of AILANI Headquarters marked a significant milestone in the company’s development.
The showroom showcases a wide range of sanitary ware products, including bathroom cabinets, squat pans, flushing cisterns, smart toilets, faucets, and shower systems, providing customers with a convenient one-stop sourcing platform.

Entering International Markets
AILANI established its international OEM & ODM division and began participating in the Canton Fair.
Starting with Southeast Asia and South America, the company expanded into North America, Central Asia, and the Middle East through market-driven product development and dedicated overseas sales efforts.
This represented AILANI’s transition into a dual-market strategy serving both domestic and international customers.
Upgrading Smart Toilet Manufacturing
To further strengthen product quality and reliability, AILANI invested in a new smart toilet manufacturing facility equipped with advanced aging test lines, laboratory systems, and enhanced quality control processes.
Experienced R&D specialists and professional management teams were introduced to support continuous innovation and manufacturing excellence.
Moving Toward Intelligent Manufacturing
AILANI officially launched the planning and construction of a 120,000-square-meter Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park in Chaozhou as its fourth toilet production base.
The project commenced in November 2025 and is expected to begin operation by the end of 2026.
This investment represents a major step forward in production capacity, automation, digital management, and intelligent manufacturing.
